E Sciences Takes the Stage at Cattleman's College

Members of E Sciences' technical staff recently taught a two-hour session at the annual conference of the Florida Cattlemen's Association. Topics included mitigation banking, the state's Rural Lands Stewardship program, and other eco-friendly land-use alternatives.

E Sciences Vice President Jim Bassett, P.E., and Sarasota Office Manager Pam Fetterman, spoke to ranch owners and other FCA members during the "Cattleman's College" portion of the three-day annual conference.

Also participating in the conference were several of E Sciences' partners in the recently announced Mitigation Strategies Team. This consortium of firms offers expertise in the development and management of wetland mitigation banks, stream mitigation banks, endangered species habitat conservation banks and other ecological services.
