E SCIENCES, INC. WELCOMES RICHARD W. EARP, P.E.
ORLANDO, Fla. – Richard W. Earp has been hired as engineering department manager at E Sciences, Inc. and will oversee the organization’s engineering group.
Earp, formerly with Osceola County Public Works and Orange County Public Works, brings more than 11 years of extensive municipal engineering experience to E Sciences. During his tenure as a municipal water engineer, Earp specialized in watershed master planning and stormwater management design and permitting.
"Rich's government expertise is an excellent fit for E Sciences”, said E Sciences’ President and Co-Founder Peter Partlow. "His knowledge of large-scale watershed management and restoration issues, and water quality expertise really complements the services we provide to our public and private clients."
Earp, a 1996 graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in civil engineering, was recently named American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Florida section Engineer of the Year in the government sector. He is a member of the ASCE Central Florida Water Resources Technical Group Executive Committee. Earp is a former member of the water resource advisory council Lake Okeechobee Group a division of the South Florida Water Management District Governing Board from 2005-2009.
