E Sciences Relocates to New Headquarters in Downtown Orlando

The City of Orlando has acquired E Sciences' current headquarters building to make way for the planned Events Center. Effective April 21, 2008, E Sciences' headquarters is now located in the Knox-Bacon Building, located at 34 East Pine Street in Orlando. Built in 1884, this is the oldest commercial building in the downtown area.

E Sciences purchased the building in early 2008 and has completed major renovations to the interior of this historic building. Care was taken to preserve some of the two-story building's more interesting architectural features, including exposed brick in the upstairs work areas, a second-floor atrium with skylights, and hardwood flooring in several areas.
