Rick Dedman Joins Firm as Engineering Services Manager

E Sciences, Incorporated, announces that Rick L. Dedman, P.E., has been hired as Engineering Services Manager for the firm’s Florida operations.

Mr. Dedman brings more than 40 years of engineering experience in the areas of wastewater and water treatment facility design and construction, civil engineering design and stormwater management. His project experience includes the planning, design and construction engineering of many innovative wastewater treatment plants and low-cost, alternative wastewater technologies.

Mr. Dedman has taught wastewater engineering courses at the University of Wisconsin, the University of Texas (Austin) and the University of West Virginia. He has also served the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in conducting “Small Community Facilities Planning” workshops in many states throughout the country. Mr. Dedman holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Memphis.

As Engineering Services Manager, Mr. Dedman will provide professional and technical oversight to all of E Sciences’ environmental engineering projects. E Sciences is currently serving as the program manager and providing technical oversight for the construction of a wastewater collection and treatment system in the village of Islamorada in the Florida Keys.
