Environmental Oversight for the Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail

E Sciences is providing ongoing environmental oversight services to assist the Florida Department of Environmental Protection in the development of the 106-mile Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail. E Sciences personnel are serving as an extension of the staff of FDEP's Office of Greenways and Trails and have provided a wide range of services, including:

• Designing, programming, publishing and maintaining a website for the Trail project.
• Creating a guidance document used by the FDEP, engineering consultants, regulatory reviewers and the general public to guide development of the Trail.
• Creating GIS maps of the entire Trail alignment identifying natural resource data and other features.
• Providing permitting oversight, including NEPA documentation and ERP application review.
