Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans/NPDES Compliance Monitoring

E Sciences was contracted to provide storm water and NPDES construction compliance services to the Land Division of Lennar Homes in Central Florida.

Services include creating and/or modifying Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) specific to each Lennar development as required by FDEP’s Generic Permit for Large and Small Construction Activities. Weekly storm water inspections and 24-hour rainfall event inspections are also conducted and documented.

Lennar has a well-defined and comprehensive Environmental Management Program which contracts out the NPDES storm water services to local and national companies. E Sciences has provided storm water pond and erosion and sediment control inspection services at over 29 Lennar developments throughout Central Florida.
