Newport Sound Apartments, Stormwater Discharge Monitoring

E Sciences is performing stormwater discharge monitoring and reporting services for the stormwater pond at this multi-family housing development located in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. The water quality monitoring is a requirement of Environmental Resource Permit obtained from the St. Johns River Water Management District.

The following services are being provided as part of the monitoring activities:

• Correspond with District concerning project, reporting schedule, and submission of reports
• Collect water quality samples m of the control structure in the wet detention system
• Analyze samples using a NELAP certified laboratory for the parameters required by the permit
• Coordinate with District staff for the non-compliance status of the permit conditions
• Prepare annual reports summarizing findings and conclusions
