Oviedo Town Center Wetlands Delineation & Endangered Species Survey

E Sciences provided the developer of this 15-acre project with a Phase I ESA along with a wetland and listed species assessment, a jurisdictional wetland delineation and ERP and mitigation consulting. In addition, we provided additional ecological services associated with preparation and submittal of the Conceptual Development Plan to the City of Oviedo.

This project included six acres of wetland impacts within the Lake Jesup Basin, a nested basin with no mitigation banks servicing the area. Obtaining permit approval required extensive adn long-term coordination among the property owners, agency staff and design engineers to determine the feasibility of the project and its mitigation requirements.
