Eagle Lakes Development

E Sciences is serving as the lead ecological consultant for Hometown Communities, Inc., developer of the Eagle Lakes residential project in Flagler County, Florida. We have provided a wide range of services, from wetland delineation to gopher tortoise surveys and monitoring of active eagle nests during construction.

Working in cooperation with the civil/site design firm on the project, our services have enabled the client to secure environmental resource permits from the St. Johns River Water Management District for several phases of this Planned Unit Development.
